BECOMING MORE WESTERLY. * WINDS: 35 TO 45 MPH...GUSTING 60 MPH. * IMPACTS: THIS WILL CAUSE DIFFICULT TRAVEL...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. DAMAGE TO TREES AND POWERLINES MAY ALSO OCCUR.
