anybody using this? I just heard of it today. What i am seeing is pretty good and pretty close to what ikite says in terms of wind speeds at locations. Im not sure how this site is gathering that info, maybe like wind on the water but not disclosing the source or last update of sensor. Forecast looks computer model driven, so not sure if there is any value there.
Anyway, thought id ask, see if anyone else uses it and whether or not it is good. Also, always cool to have more weather shit to look at to distract me from doing the shit that pays for the kite shit. |

Looks like it uses the windonthewater sensor for Jones which is pretty much worthless. Doesn't have a Stevenson sensor. I kite Jones and Stevenson more than any other spots. Looks like the sensors in HR are pretty good. For me - I will have to keep using iKite. Nice looking site otherwise........... |
