I lost a bladder plug on 2 of my older rally's. After Riding I have noticed the closure system is undone and just the ball is keeping in the air. I have noticed over time the hole in the Velcro is no longer snug around the plug, so that's a no brainier as to where the plug is escaping from. So what is every one doing to keep the closure system working for the entire session?

Thats funny, cuz I've left mine open twice recently, luckily didn't have to swim in. Probably have to crash pretty hard to defeat the stopper ball.
Couldn't follow the problem you are experiencing (mine is obviously creeping senility).

Maybe post up a picture, solution can't be that tough. Cheers, Marc

BTW I just found a bag of stoppers I lost, so I've got spares
