This is a Windance Boardshop free demo event featuring our 3 kite brands BEST, Ocean Rodeo & Slingshot. Brand reps & team riders will be there to help you test new gear. Or just come and ride on your own gear and join the fun.

Hello NW kiteboarders
This will be the first ever that Windance has hosted a Demo with his 3) brands that he carries. Slingshot, Best, And Ocean Rodeo. This will be a great time to come out and camp and have a great time catching up with friends and try all the 2013 Slingshot gear. There will be plenty of kites and boards available to demo. You don't want to miss out on this, so please mark your calendar June 22nd-23rd Rufus Windance Demo. Come by and say hi to BraveDave and the Team.

| So stoked for this! Going to be great to have all 3 brands there! Best will have our RV Tour swinging by so there will be shade, drinks, and plenty of gear to shred. Hope to see everyone out there!

Weather Update:
NOAA says
Saturday Mostly sunny, with a high near 81.
Saturday Night Partly cloudy, with a low around 57.
Sunday Mostly sunny, with a high near 85.
They have not forecasted the wind yet.
BBQ & Beer Update:
Ginger has the burgers & dogs ordered
Brave has the beer & ice

Very stoked for this weekend as well and that we have been able to get all 3 brands together for the one demo - promises to be a great opportunity for people to try out a great variety of gear!
Ocean Rodeo will be on hand with a full assortment of our products... looking forward to seeing everyone and to hanging with the Slingshot and Best boys and girls!

Since it is a free event, I think it is fine to promote it on the main forum.
I don't know about Rufus, but the wind did finally come up at the HR sand bar late in the afternoon today. I counted roughly 25 kites out between 4pm and 6pm ranging from 12M to 17M (SS Turbines). Forecast is for rain showers in HR on Sunday, but it could be less cloudy with better wind out at Rufus tomorrow (I'm hoping).

Anytime a shop wants to get three brands together, feed and beer you all weekend and try out all the gear for free...I say POST AWAY! 
Thanks to all the sponsors, especially Brave Dave and the mobile Slingshot party machine. We had a blast chillin' in the heat on Saturday...checking out the gear, and my 8 year old was SUP carp chasing with a vengeance.
