Great customer Service Experiance at Liquid Force!

So I got my new quiver of boards and kites from the force with one issue..... When I ordered the Hifi, The box that came was mis labeled! It was a NRG, but the box said HIFI on it..... bummed me out. With a little bit of reseach and talking to Gregg in HR (who is awesome buy the way) I was able to stop by the LF shipping which happenes to be in the town of Snoqualmie now, and Got to meet some great people.

Bob Elwell has been with obrien water sports since like 1976 or 71, these guys are the OG's in the industry...... Halarious to talk to them about what it was like selling water skis back in the day. I guess he looked at this brother a couple years after they started and said, "well we have sold a ski to every one who is ever going to want one, what do we do now?"

Anyhow they showed me around the obrien, CWB, LF wearhouse and thank god they don't let you buy anything out of there, figured out the issue with the HIFI's being mislabled, fixed all the other boxs there on the spot so no one else has the issue while they told me stories about Darin Wileys dad. I was most impressed that when It was brought to Bob and Earl (another OG's) attention, that it was taken care of right away.

It should be noted that they moved into a new giant wearhouse to help with the conquest of Liquid Force World Domination, and when moving into a new wearhouse, things get a little........ well if you have every lost something when you moved, you know what I'm talking about.

Very cool experiance, stacks of kites, boards, new surf board and water toys for everyone.

Thanks again Gregg, Bob and Earl for making this all happen. I had to go through my shop and rep, but it was made right imediantly. Thanks again guys.....
