Somebody tell me what the Setup iS for the coaSt thiS weekend it looks like it looks like northeast winds will that work having never tired at the beach before

that's a side off blow... if you aren't confident i wouldn't do it. Rescue would have to be done by the coast guard and i'm sure someone on Maui would appreciate your kite  . You could always go to Lot B at Ft.Stevens and hit the ponds. they are great with NE wind.
