Check out my Triple S entry video. Really tough to do a wave video as we are usually 1/2 mile from shore.

Enjoy!

The messy big brown waves in the beginning of the clip are in SPI on a northerly downwinder. It was blowing about 25 mph that day.

The beautiful blue wave that runs for ever from left to right is One-Eye in Mauritius. I was shooting from the beach out to the reef which was about a 1/2 mile away. The first part of that section was day 1 when it was blowing about 35 mph and the wave was HUGE. Almost everyone, including most of the guys, rode with straps that day. The next few scenes were from the 2nd and third day and Carol rode strapless. Some sets were easily 20' but I think most of Carol's were around 15'. I didn't have any height either so it was easy to lose Carol behind the wave.

The next next section with the blue/green/white waves is at Waddell Creek and the last section is at the jetty in SPI on a choppy southeast kind of day this past weekend.

We had some GoPro footage as well but the waves all looked really flat or I got the lines in the way, or the camera fogged up, or something stupid like that.

Tony
