Shapers are happy to help their loyal customers get sick boards underneath their feet for a reasonable price. Support your local shapers and think twice before buying overseas pop outs. There is something intangibly special about a board created especially for you. It's hard to explain but each session is different and this board is "showing" me different riding styles/capabilities every time out that feels like accelerated calmness. (??) The shaper factored my riding style, location and physical body characteristics so the board evolved into something quite different than expected because the original shape was based on a mass production board. Long story short.......it's completely re-energized my confidence while making a game on the water to see how far it can be pushed so it's generating new riding experiences that I believe are priceless.
