Get real realize most countrys out side good old USA hate americans.
ITS like going to california to surf we hate everybody.
The joke is <welcome to california-now go home> most people never leave only after one week thier working at burger king to stay.
If your going to spend all that money to travle do your home work ,
know weather patterns, time tables< high season for wind and waves> Be ready and plan on extending your trip.
Any excuse will work back home they dont know its double over head and 30knts,that s the day your leaving remember it just gets good and your fresh and adjusted , dont go for only eight days, plan on at least 14days minimun or dont go.
You are going to be very tried and day one on the ground is still a travle day from airport to spot, go some where the airport is as close as possible to where you ride. Plan on fishing if wind is marginal.
Dont go to peru in your winter , those places work from winter stormes which is your summer.
