Slammed this together in Premier with some clips we had taken from our digital camera on our trip in Feburary. Headed back this year, should be fun. Very Happy

Muy Bien! I'll be there Nov 15 to Dec 3. I hope this is a time for some wind. Taking my 13m Instinct, and the 9 Waroo, (the 13 Instict grunts like a 16C). I'm hooking up with Adrian from KiteboardCozumel.com
What was the name of that off-shore spot where most of this video is shot?
I will also spend some time on Isla Mujeres and looking to kite at Playa Blanca with Foka from Ikarus Kiteboarding. http://tinyurl.com/gbsua
Maybe by December I could get 10% of the air you all are getting?

The spot is Passion Island up on the north side of Cozumel in the lagoons. Really sweet flat water spot, you need to hook up with Adrian from Cozumel kiteboarding to get access though (you need a boat.) Its worth it though, he brings beer and food and he can pick you up in the boat if you end up downwind.

Hey all if you are interested in Cozumel, Adrian is holding a retreat out there Jan 14-20th:

I'll go take a look and report back in November. But according to Adrian, all is well. I received an email today from Cozumelkiteboard.

Yeah its all from Cozumel, the buttery shots are from the Lagoon which you will need to talk to Adrian from Cozumel Kiteboarding about access (he has a boat which you'll need.) The main beach (Country Club) can be a bit choppy depending on wind direction, but the water is super warm and beautiful.

I've only been once but we had 70% windy days in mid Feburary. Looking at the records that seems about right... I think Jan, Feb, March, April are all good months to visit in the winter. Thumb's Up

Yeah Phil!! you think Im the guy to talk to? Dude thanks I feel flattered (sp?)

You guys had good winds in Feb and I would say Nov- March is the best time to come. Yesterday we had 20-25 and 12 feet kickers at Punta Sur National Park. I will take you there next time you are here Phil, although we will need SE winds!

If anybody coming to Cozumel let us know and we will be happy to show you around

Adrian
