Mon Nov 12, 12 2:42 pm OT: Bluray Authoring software recomendations? |
|
|
I've been using Corel Movie Factory Pro7, it's crap. It'll burn some files, but on most it just crashes left and right.
I'm looking for something that can burn Bluray discs, not just AVCHD.... I need menus, sub-menus would be nice but aren't critical. Mainly something reasonably stable. around $100 or so would be great.
Thanks or any recommendations anyone has! I've been searching the internet, but haven't had any success. I'm hoping some of the video gurus on here might know of something? |

I've mainly used Mac products (with the intention of converting to all Linux, but still not there), but when I used Windows I was a big fan of Sonic Foundry products (now owned by Sony). My buddy is using Vegas to edit and the Movie Studio to burn.

Thanks! I actually checked this out last night. There's a piece of software called "DVD Architect Studio", it's not listed anywhere under products but if you search you can find it. Great Bluray authoring and it's only $40! A little bit of a learning curve, but not bad. Menus, sub menus, chapter menus, playlists. Everything but pop up menus. Very stable and pretty damn powerful.
