shortening 5 line bar

I have a five line bar that I would like to shorten from 20m to 17m
What needs to be done?

different brands, different methods
what type of bar is it?

usually the 2 outside lines can be done at either end

the front lines depend on the brand,
the North 5th is loaded and should be done on the single line below the Y split and the safety line as well.

other brands may vary. make sure you know what you are doing so as to not mess up the safety system r the way the kite flies.

Go to Airtime to purchase a kiteline sleeve kit for sleeving your kiteline when you retie your knots and larkshead loops at the shorter length location.

Or, better yet, have them cut, resleeve and sew you loops and knots into the new line length locations.
