ROOSTER Since 08 Apr 2009 32 Posts Mighty Columbia River   Tue Sep 04, 12 8:08 am     It would give you more high end, a rough estimate would be for every 3 m of line length you decrease from the original length it will decrease the kite by 1 kite size. This idea was developed with the old kite technology but has carried over with the new kite technology. I use North kites and regularly use 19 m lines instead of the factory 24m length and it really takes the bit off in strong winds.
