From November till December there will be another World Record Attempt in Luderitz Namibia. The main goal for the kiter’s there is to break the 60 knots barrier. With a channel as in the picture the water will be extremely smooth but will it be possible to improve the current WR by over 4 knots? What do you think?

That's nuts. I can't imagine kiting that fast in a channel that tiny. Just look at how he had to stop in the video. I bet that counted as a "controlled" stop too. _________________ Captain kook; always wrong.
