coast looks very N today, vs. NW, or even a bit NE

in my experience, manzo is garbage on days like these due to nehakanie mt.

will sunset and shipwreck work?

swell is waist high today, instead of knee high!

thanks!

Not always true, just go a little further south at Manzo.

Your guess as good as anyone's up north. Might do anything regardless of the forecast. If you're driving from somewhere, I recommend Manzo b/c you can get skunked easily up north with nowhere to go and Hood to Coast loooooming like a black stinky cloud.

You can camp at Jones Beach free, 30 miles to coast. Clatskanie City Park is $5 bux i think. You might consider Ilwaco, or get lucky in astoria.
