Looking for a kite that can handle about 12 mph winds and also hood river, so around 10 mph to maybe 20-25 or whatever the gorge is. I want only 1 kite and I would like it to be used or cheaper, like on sale(around $100 to $200).

I sounds to me like you need a trainer kite. 2m-3m in size. If you want this kite to be able to ride? buy a skateboard too... Have fun and be safe...

hrmm gorge wind speed... 20-25mph... LOL it's more usually 25-50+mph. if you can find a kite that will handle 10mph (19-21m range) and the gorge winds (6-8M range (typically)) Let us know... I'm sure we'd like one kite that can handle it all...

Based on the plethora of information you have provided, and what you intend to do with it, I have selected the perfect kite for you. I think you should be able to score this baby for your price range. I would just double check with the seller to be sure the feet come with it. Grip it and rip it brah!
