Looking for a kite that can handle about 12 mph winds and also hood river, so around 10 mph to maybe 20-25 or whatever the gorge is. I sounds to me like you need a trainer kite. 2m-3m in size. If you want this kite to be able to ride? buy a skateboard too... LOL it's more usually 25-50+mph. if you can find a kite that will handle 10mph (19-21m range) and the gorge winds (6-8M range (typically)) Let us know...
