Coast XTreme Poster Sun Jul 22, 12 9:58 am     The 5PM temperature spread AST-Kelso is only 5 degrees, so this is an iffy FX. Yesterday at this time the 5PM forecast on weatherunderground was 10 degrees (67 AST-77 Kelso), and it panned out nicely. Mellow powered 12 meter from 4PM to 7PM.
