I got there at about 6:30 - couple kiters were just packing up their kites cause the wind had died............  |

Looking at the NOAA readings showing a NW direction for SI last night you would have thought it was good. But looking at the arrows on iKite you can see that it went slightly more WNW than NNW.
Just enough W to F up the program. Lesson learned! |
