Well Inept...I see your point but since I was the one that titled it let me tell you where I was coming from.
When I watched the video I saw some new moves that I had never seen Mitu do ...they looked as if he was taking his already impressive riding to another level.
There are many fine riders out there but I wasn't saying that he was setting a new bar...sorry for the confusion. _________________ Thanks for your reply |

I just think it would be better to post the video with a title that actually describes what it is. Something doesn't need to be next level in order for it to still be an entertaining and legit video. That's all I was trying to say. A title of "Tight new video of Mitu shredding it" or maybe for you "really awesome video of Mitu!" would be more appropriate than INSANE NEW MOVES FROM MITU! NEW LEVEL! Sorry if I offended some of you. |

i have to say the strapless board-straddle kiteloop is impressive. he knows exactly how much time he has to get it back under him. i definitely haven't seen that move from anyone else. Does that make it a "new level" trick? _________________ live for the next windy day |

Straddling the board and next level? I dont think those words have been used in the same sentence since like 2003. _________________ I heart dangling |

IMO It is not the moves he makes. He could do a railey for all I care. It is his flow....his style....his complete control and thoughtless motions needed to be so gracefull.
There are very few people I view this way. Many of you can do the moves, very few of you can master them like he does. Most top Pros cant even come close to his grace. _________________ __________________________

Point is "look at the video, it's cool"
Not to diss everyone who says anything is cool... ...again....
Besides, best damn French SUP video I ever saw.

Love the video, beautiful cinematography. I've always wanted to visit Madagascar and the "globe trekker" aspect to this video definitely stirs the wander lust. Was in Mozambique a few years back and they have killer kiting there, can't imagine how insane it must be across the channel.
Mitu is the definition of a well-rounded kiter, he can handle pass, ride strapless and rock old the school moves. Why be one-dimensional in one's kiting? A truly proficient rider should be able to do it all. |
