All natural...
The first media description of jenkem came from an Inter Press Service wire report in 1995.[4] According to a 1998 report in The New York Times, Fountain of Hope, a non-profit organization, said that jenkem was used by street children in Lusaka, Zambia to obtain a "powerful high."[9] In 2002, Project Concern International Zambia and Fountain of Hope released a report entitled "Rapid Assessment of Street Children In Lusaka," where jenkem is listed as the third most popular drug among Lusaka's street children, following Dagga (cannabis) and "glue and Dagga" but ahead of "Ballan" (uncured tobacco) and petrol.[10] John C. Zulu, director of the Ministry of Sport, Youth and Child Development in Zambia, said in November 2007 that jenkem usage is less common than glue-sniffing and, "Initially, they used to get it from the sewer, but they make it anywhere [...] They say it keeps them warm and makes them fearless."[6] In 1999, BBC News ran a story about jenkem.[3] In 2004, South African weekly investigative newspaper Mail & Guardian mentioned jenkem abuse in a report on Zambia's street children

Tak More Kraps, editor of the watchdog environmental newspaper, THE MR. HANKEY, wrote in an article in September 2011, that some newbie kiteboarders from the Portland, Oregon area had been acquiring the raw materials to make jenkem from the head waters of the CSO (Combined Sewer Overflow). One kiteboarder interviewed was disappointed because the goldmine of material was soon to disappear because the "Big Dig" in Portland has created a massive underground pipe to contain CSO overflows into the river system and the pipe system would process the material before releasing the waste free water back into the river.
One relatively new kiteborder interviewed, giving the name YouCia, was quoted as saying, "Screw the presession cup of hot coffee and or a green bowl. . . jenkem, it keeps me warm for these cold, early season Sauvie Island sessions; and it makes me fearless. I only need a 3/2 wetsuit without a hood and I can go out an attempt to land Back Mobes all session long, and if I get a concussion along the way, well jenkem is good for headaches, too."
This person also said that he was in favor of having the river free of CSO, and has since started pooping is his own empty 40 oz PBR bottles and making is own jenkem. NOW that is ALL NATURAL.

Hey it's no big, we've all done it once or twice right?
It's no different than farting into a paper bag and huffing it.

Whoa. That's the stupidest thing that I've ever heard of. So, question is, will the feds make it illegal to inhale your own "butt hash." I can just imagine a stream of ridiculous cases...
