My impression was that the sandbar extended out to where the current seam is (and was previously), but dropped off quickly beyond that point. The current seam was still really prominent. It wasn't windy enough to really get a feel for how the swell will be affected, but I am thinking it will still be good. Did anyone venture out there this week when the wind was cranking?
