Naw, he never hit the building.

He hit a knee high brick wall 40 feet from the house, it was his kite that
hit the building. He hit the wall on his side and back .... but if it had been
his head, he'd be in the morgue now.....

The "un-named" lake he was at is not a safe place for kiting anyways,,,, tooo gusty

If you avoid the plate glass windows the Florida Lakes didnt seem too sketchy...

Now the ocean, thats another story

The most important thing is that "There was no damage to the building, the spokeswoman added".
