This is a surf kite, not for kite boarding behind a boat.... It has been used a hand full of times. I just haven't used it for a few years. It's comes with a slingshot bag/backpack, for carrying it, the kite, and the handle bar with all the ropes and strings to attatch them. the kite alone was $1500, and the handle was $300 brand new. I believe based on the research I have done for used kites that this is a very good value for both. call michael 971-506-8712
