Where's dat launch? The inside sucks ass... But the outside is money - move up river towards the tip of island. When the wind is there... this place can be way better than rooster. I've kited here enough to know that. Rig 2 kite size smaller as the outside always-always blows stronger. Don't go there if you intend to kite near the launch (oregon side). I'm not kidding - it sucks. I was out there yesterday... on a 12 (wearing boots) when I should have been on my 9... I was way lit most of the time. Bar and Lines even felt warm at times.
