You can call me, or I can give you all the spots to kite. Lot of choices there. Depends on your skill level.

Alohabrother, is correct! Couple spots but really depends on your skill level. Basically, Kona winds in the Summer months, another epic spot on south side of the island (a left point break) (Sorry can't give you the name of "Bay", you've got to do your homework by talking to local surf shops. (support the Hilo surf shop) . However, this location requires 4x4 or good clearance, map, buddy system to launch/land off of volcanic rock, and a rescue plan or you'll end up in a place called "Goners" or worst blown off shore (next land mass is Tahiti). However, if you do find this place and get out, I'm sure you will never forget it. _________________ Sent from phone, please excuse typos.

I learned to kite there. There is a bay called "A Bay" because its name has a load of A's in it. It is on the Kohola coast, just north of Kona town. The beach was great to walk up back wind on lots of babes from the nearby resorts. |
