Very cool.
Not sure this is accurate..."therefore establish a new first by crossing the Columbia Gorge with a wingsuit without using an airplane."
If you use a paramotor to get to 3K then bail, Whats the difference?
Seems like if you want to claim first crossing without an airplane you should have to jump off the cliff and glide accross....
Otherwise very cool indeed!

Unfortunately, I would say that my first wingsuit across the Gorge won't happen until sometime late next summer! Meanwhile, we have crazy guys like Matthias to keep hucking out.
But, my BASE rig is supposed to be getting here in less than two weeks and that will be going down the day it shows up. Sorry, no pre-broadcasting of jumps as we don't want johnny law around... |

Matthias is a super nice guy, met him earlier this summer. but he's definitely got a few screws loose (I think that all ski BASE guys do)
