How are the tires on that rig? And that trailer has good brakes, right? I had a blowout on the front of my motorhome and went way left of center just south of Moab. Scary shit but Moab wasn't the worst place to make repairs. Sold my RV shortly after that experience.

Just want you to have a fun and safe trip.

Hein, I think you must have some ESP or some sort of paranormal brain.

I was on the phone with Tony yesterday and they were in Billings Montana getting a "slow leak" fixed.

The tires are all good, only about 7,000 miles on them. Picked up a small screw right between the treads that was causing me to lose about 10 to 15 lbs pressure overnight. But only 4 lbs all day while driving. Found a place to get it fixed quickly and cheaply yesterday. I check all the tires pressure every morning and the oil level at evey stop.

Summer in the gorge was pretty short this year and we are missing all of the fine september riding at home but we are super stoked to be doing this tour with Best. Cable park next tuesday in canada then the Sauble Beach event next weekend which sounds like it is Nitnat on steroids!

Were also going to the King of the Lakes event, new york kite center, cape cod, delaware, hatteras, charleston and hopefully some spots in georgia before ending up in spi around november first.

All this and still keeping or business running!

This may sound dumb but I hope they demounted that tire and patched it from the inside, or it WILL eventually go POP!
But you probably know that....
Had to mention because it happened to me once...

Yeah, demounted and patched from inside. Used a truck tire dealership that was on the ball and used to working with bigger sizes and loads. They didn't seem at all worried about the longevity of the repair. I'll keep an eye on it though.

Thanks for all the well wishes everyone. We're looking forward to the next few weeks of travel and trying out new places. I'll get things together and make sure to post some pictures up every once in a while. Most of the press will be on Best's forum and facebook page but I'll sneak back here now and then to share some pictures.

Tony

So sweet! I'm jealous.

I have to figure out how to not sit in an office for weeks on end during the winter months.

We made 3 states yesterday, picking up Lia and her 200 swag t-shirts in Minneapolis and Ryan with his boxes of stickers in Chicago. Hopefully we can catch some kiting this weekend before we hit "The Ranch" cable park in Ontario on Tuesday for Crossover Day.
