Tue Aug 16, 11 9:45 am Important bridal question for all... |
|
|
Hi,
My LE bridal attachment point and bridal (at the attachment point) are looking warn, I believe mostly because of how they are conntected to each other. I have attached two pictures. One of how they are currently attached to each other, which sort of wraps or intertwines the bridal around the LE bridal attachment point. However, this seems to be creating the wear. The other picture is how I think it should or could be set up to prevent this problem. Any thoughts on this? Is there a right way and a wrong way?
Thanks! |

Pics are missing
Only thing I know is what Ace Ventura would say LACES OUT. hehe
knots at attacment points should be facing out away from kite. I know most bridles are a series of loops but any bunches or potential knots per se should be out. Can't imagine anyone messing with them unless they are changin them out.
Could be a design flaw. A select few had bridle wear on Xbrand kite and the company beefed up the dacron to prevent further issues and offered a fix kit on current year owners kites. |
