To the helpful riders at Hood River two days ago: thanks for helping a brother out! I was cruising around for an hour on my 9m Rev. Then it inverted (big gust?) and it was my first time with an inverted kite. After unsuccessfully fixing the kite from the bar I swam to it and used it to get back to the sandbar. Local riders grabbed my board and brought it back, and were very cool about it. So, thanks again Hood River riders! |

I brought one in 2 days ago...If that was you, then you're welcome. Just return the favor to someone else at some point (pay it forward). |

I'm proud to say I was able to return the favor today. This was my first time grabbing a board and returning it. The board owner was very happy and I was happy to do it. While there is some negative chatter on this forum at times I think we can keep kiting safe, fun, and brotherly. Just remember why we're all here: we are all hooked to a sport that just kicks ass. And, when in doubt... H B O! Help a Brotha Out! |
