That said, the Flows seem like the better choice for me since I'll only be using them in the water and we're COLD up here all the time. Felt great, nice and supportive (surprised me) and look quite well made. ... |
Great feedback. Thanks.
Did you think the KSOs would stay on when kiting? I was curious since they don't have a dedicated heel strap and you said they were easier to get into (easy on, easy OFF!) |

I've been wearing a pair this summer. The neoprene ones. They are a PITA to put on. I don't like them with footstraps. Great traction on surfboards, wet rocks and walking around. Friday big toe came out through the side of one of them for $90 Not Acceptable! so they are going back to the store. Think i'll try sneakers like the ones John wears |

I stopped wearing mine now that my feet don't get cold in the water. I agree with you on the not liking them while wearing straps. I think they would probably be good for strapless though. Did the straps wear a hole in them? Is that why your big toe came out the side? Someone mentioned earlier in the thread that the straps wore his out on top and I think it did that a little to mine before I stopped wearing them. I don't mind putting them on dry but when they are wet they are a pain to put on and sand gets in them which just isn't comfortable. I'm back to flip flops. _________________ Captain kook; always wrong. |

Is the Lyle sandbar still under water?
that looks like a good place to practice body dragging and water re-launching.
Any other ideas?
sandbar is too crowded.
Jones is ok when there are not too many fishermen.

I want to get away from others to practice until I feel comfortable |
