I'm driving from Seattle to Corvallis for a wedding this weekend. Wondering what the odds are for a session at Jones on the way down on Wed and the coast on Thurs? Newport area for the coast.

So if Astoria is 66 and cloudy and longview is 79 and sunny, am I correct in assuming Jones will go Wed afternoon even though the forecast is only for light winds?

Jones should be plenty ride-able today just like it was yesterday and the day before and the day before, etc. Hi tide is about 6pm so up-wind will be a little harder til it starts pushing out. I might be out there today, can text me at 360 two 69 seven 838 if you need someone to ride with.
