Rob and I only know road bikes - do you have any friends who know mtn. bikes you could forward this to re which is a better bike or deal? The one that got stolen was a Gary Fisher Sugar 3.
This one is advertised for $750, a circa 2000: http://denver.craigslist.org/bik/2474958048.html
This one is advertised for $1,000, a 2003, with a '05 front triangle replaced by Santa Cruz after a manufacturing defect, '05 XTR cranks, a 2010 Fox fork, regular chain changes, an new chainrings and cassette in' 09. http://denver.craigslist.org/bik/2503368787.html _________________ revitalized by muthu-nachu |

I would say the Blur would be the far better deal, and is pretty much superior in most part specs, and suspension design. The Superlight is a bit overpriced, IMHO, maybe needs to be $100-$150 less. |
