Nitinat Lake windfest and OR event

I'll be driving up to Nitinat for the August 13-14 weekend (leave Thurs night or Fri a.m., back Mon late or Tues a.m.), if any wants to carpool with me and my dog. It's about 9 hours from here.

Evidently, Windfest itself may not happen this year due to a permit snafu. However, the Ocean Rodeo folks say they will be there regardless.

If you sign up by this Friday with OR (888-544-4969) and they thereby fill their quota of participants, they will be providing catering and so forth. If not, they will still be there with some demo gear, but a more informal setup (e.g., no catering).
