59 miles, with no support boat, for seven hours, on one of the most notorious seas on the planet, from continent to continent. Is this real or some sort of commie propaganda? |

I read that they had a support boat about half of the way but it had to turn back due to rough seas. That just means they did not have a big enough boat. the Bering Sea can be rough, but, there are plenty of days when there is not enough wind to kite too. Some Alaskans made an attempt earlier, but, never had enough wind to make the attempt in the time they had allotted. |
