ENTRY, ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION: All competitors will need to enter by completing the online entry form at PSKite.org (registration available day of event)
Please register as early as possible with regards to the short time till the first event.
A kiter must be entered in the Season Series prior to the start of the second race in order to be eligible for the season scoring.
-Registration for the Season Series will close on July 23rd. All Season Series entries after this date will be subject to the approval of the Race Committee, and will be ineligible for the season scoring. So, get in early and have a blast!
-Eligible kiters not entered in the Season Series are invited to race as a Drop In. Such kiters may register for Drop In racing by completing online registration and paying nightly Drop In entry fee. This must be done BEFORE racing for that evening begins.
-All kiters will be assigned a numbered jersey for the season that must be worn at all time while racing. Last year’s Cabrinha NW Race Series jerseys numbering 1-30 are good to go for this year and riders need not pay for a new jersey in order to compete for 2011.
-Season Series racers will be required to attend a short committee meet prior to races.

FEES: Entry fee of $85 for the Season, or $25 per Night Drop In. Jersey fee is $25
SCHEDULE: The first Warning Signal each night is scheduled for 1700 hours.
-A Skippers Meeting will be held each night at 1700hrs.
-Racing will be held on the following dates: 6/25-26, 7/23-24 and 8/13-14.
SAILING INSTRUCTIONS: The sailing instructions are posted on http://www.pskite.org under the 2011 Cabrinha NW Race Series thread with copies avail @ Urban Surf.
RACE AREA: The race area will be set on the Northwest side of Jetty Island utilizing inflatable and fixed marks.

SCORING: A detailed description of the scoring system will be outlined in the Sailing Instructions. All boards used in competition will be subject to the opinion of the Race Director for proper class placement. If it has race fins on it, you can bet it’s going in the Open Class.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY: Competitors shall participate in the races entirely at their own risk. The organizing authority does not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with, prior to, during, or after the races.
FURTHER INFORMATION: For further information please contact the Race Director at walteryoung1@comcast.net or visit http://www.pskite.org Thanks and have fun!

Bros, I know you want people to come to this, but most people read the industry section already. Please don't double post.
