Anyone know of any or make their own? I tried some cushy foot pads but found they put me up to high for carving.

Go to NSI in Hood River next to Double Mountain. They have pre-cut and can also do custom to whatever template you give them. They can also do adhesive backing, or you can glue your own. I just had them make me a really awesome custom single density pad for my surfboard. They have single, double, extra cush...

Nice, knowledgable folks to work with.
