Trying to put together a Viento to Hood River down winder for this afternoon. Gonna rally at the Event Site in the afternoon (once the wind picks up). Post up if you want to join in.

killer downwinder. pretty big crowd and i saw everything from 12m to 6m out there without incident. not to mention swell shredding madness, big roadside air, and some good old fashioned whirrley gigs! sure beat the crowds and the (lack of)wind at the eventsite

Yup great day on the water! Lit on a 7m with 14m lines up until the Hatch...after that it was a struggle just to get back to the Event site.
Everyone was killing it out there, props to Kyle for going out for the first time on a strapless surf and holding it down and Stevie P for riding unhooked from the hatch down to the event site due to a busted chicken Loop (winds were super light at that point and he had a tough time making it in, was a good show from the beach though :p) |
