You camp right at the launch (van or RV work best- but I did see some tents). It should start blowing any time now.

| There are some cheap motels in Rio Vista and car camping at Sherman is good. I highly discourage tent camping, as it blows harder at night than it does in the day. I "lived" there for a month or so and have kited there many times. I've seen many tent campers with very blury eyes the next day. |
