Found a rip in my canopy near the leading edge, which is about the size of a .50 piece. Should I just double side repair tape it or does it warrant more? I'll try to include a pic. Any advice would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Paul

you can put circular patches on each face--top and bottom--to keep you on the water for now while it's windy. During the next no wind stretch have Airtime fix it properly

OK makes sense. Thanks. Won't need it tomorrow anyway. Can't believe I held that thing down today at Rosey. 10m Rebel, bumping 40mph. I guess I can fly my 7m in good conscience tomorrow when it bumps 50!

I dont like taking my kite in for repairs every time I get a small rip. It can get expensive and is inconvenient. If that were my kite I would put some sail tape on both sides and ride it. At the point when I have damage that must go to Airtime, I will have any minor tears fixed .
