| After having another very good experience with customer service at Windance Boardshop I want to encourage everyone to support their local shop with your business. Windance is a perfect example of how nice it is to be able to go into a shop and actual talk with a "no bullshit" real live person as well as touch and feel the "stuff". Online deals seem pretty nice until something comes up with the product. Most shops, like Windance, will work with you on pricing competitively with online stuff. Most shops also sell online so it really does level the playing field. Thanks to the shop owners and everyone else that came and helped clean up the sandbar. So please try to support your local shops so they can continue to be there for us! |

I went to there this weekend and I agree. Those folks do a good job. They are friendly, knowledgable, and available. I've purchased a board, and harness from them and likely a kite soon. They have customer service figured out!

yep.... Windance be the place. They took care of a loose connection I had with my universal (kite folks have no idea what this is)....... nothing worse than a loose universal this time of year. Ahhhhh, yes, it's all better now, I appreciate the help guys..... you're the best !!

definitely support local shops but don't forget the team who has been apart of the kite community long before windance, pepi and the crew at 2nd wind!

And before, Windance, Second Wind, is GORGE PERFORMANCE. Bob and his crew have been serving up the STOKE since the early 80's maybe longer. I wanted to make sure I gave a shout out to my STOKE Brothers at GP!

Anyway as voiced above, if you dont support your local shop they just wont be around someday when you really need them. Not only do theses guys work hard for a living it more because of passion and not a get rich quick scheem. Trust me I know. |
