Just a reminder for you local Hood River voters to make sure to vote for your preferred candidate during the Port of Hood River Commissioner election coming up next week.

POSITION 4 :
Position4 candidates are Sheri Bohn, Port Commissioner since 2001, and newcomer Brian Shortt.
Even though both are paralleled in experience and contributory strengths, it should be noted that Sheri is the one commissioner that has consistently kept her finger on the pulse with what matters for both kiteboard and windsurf recreationalists in Hood River. It is not widely known, but she has gone to bat for kiteboarders and the CGKA on many of our current successes and it should be duly noted.

POSITION 5 :
Position 5 candidates are Hoby Streich, Erlene Veverka Smith and Rob Kovacich.
Hoby Streich has been the Position 5 holder since 2002 and is the current President.
