I use noaa.gov to get a basic idea about what the wind is going to be doing in certain places. And I use windonthewater to see what's going on right now. But I was wondering if some of you could let me know what sites you find to be useful to forecast what the wind is going to do and where it's gonna blow and stuff like that. Free sites that are useful to you and maybe even which sites might be worth paying for? I really appreciate it! NOAA told me to go the event site or Lyle today so I will see you guys out there and I look forward to checking this when I get back. Look for favorable trends in temperature and pressure gradients in the morning for predicting later-that-day wind conditions.
