Anybody running the Ronstan Orbit pulleys?

I do my best to keep the stock pulleys clear but it's a chore especially in winter on the coast......wet fine grains eventually end up in the shaft-way.....

I just got some RPMS......ah caramba! 4 pulleys....

McLube Dry Teflon is one of the best ways to keep pulley's clean and spinning.
The dry teflon both reduces friction and repels dirt buildup.

It's kinda spendy, but worth it.

Harken even recommends it.

Sorry, should have been a bit clearer in the recommendation.

We do not sell the Ronstan pulleys, sorry.

But, by utilizing a proper Dry Teflon Lubricant, such as McLube, then you may find that your pulleys will work very nicely and you'll end up saving $80-$110 in upgrades that you would spend on the Ronstans.

You're welcome.

Thanks Pepi.....I'm going to do a side by side test of the Orbits w/ some stock pulleys treated with the McLube and see how it goes.

I have used Mclube for the last four years and it works great. I spray my pulleys, center line spinner and center hole in kitebar every couple of weeks in season. Works really well. Pulleys roll, spinners spin, and center lines don't wear.

naish.com has them

they are kind of pricey, but when we checked last they were on par with ronstan's own prices...
