Coming through town around 1st / 2nd week in May on my road home from Mexico... Will a 4/3 with fleece be comfortable by then?
Gracias

Comfortable, meaning warm....probably not. Doable, then yes. Don't forget, with the water as cold as it is, dress for the swim.

Thanks.... didn't see any point in a drysuit for 5 months in Mexico, now I see the logic for the ride home. Smile

In May, the water and air temps in the Gorge should be equal to Summer temps on the OR coast, totally do-able without a drysuit.

PostFri Apr 15, 11 6:44 am    Windy this weekend? Reply with quote

Great snow on Mt Hood yesterday, but it looks like we will get another taste of Spring this weekend with drier weather and air temps near 60 degrees.
NOAA is calling for gusty West winds on Saturday, and ikite says more sun and steadier winds on Sunday. Water is still cold.
