Organization of the 2011 SPI KITE ROUND-UP is in full swing. New dates are set for May 18 - 22, and although the event has been shortened to 5 days, the Round-Up is still expected to be the biggest kiteboarding event of the year in North America.
With a huge INDUSTRY WIDE PRODUCT DEMO, 5 SIGNATURE CONTESTS including TOP SPEED speed trials, LONG JUMP mega loop big air contest, MAX SPIN old school big air contest, BOARDER X course racing including two 5' high floating barricades, a NEW FREESTYLE contest incorporating the ROUND-UP slider park, and more, plus numerous free daily clinics hosted by the sports top riders, instructors, and icons, the SPI KITE ROUND-UP is not to be missed.
With water and air temps around 80 degrees, forget the wetsuit and bring the sunblock. After parties this year take a tour around the islands best bars with drink specials and contests, plus an all out pool party Saturday night at the HILTON GARDENS brand new and massive ocean-side patio.

If you have the time and cash be sure to check the event! Its a week of great riding, great parties, and great people. Brett, Jeff, and the rest of the Air Padre crew do a great job putting on the event.
