Definitely off topic - but wanted to fill everybody in on some big events in our lives:
First - Jenny and I are proud to announce the birth of our son Klaus! He was born Friday, March 11, at 7:10 PM. 7lbs, 15oz, 20 inches. Mother and baby are doing great! So far he has been very quite. I think he is excited about hanging out on the beach this summer (I know that I am). Here's a link to a little video my sister put together of us:

Second - To all our Portland friends, I am sorry to say that we will not be joining you this summer in the after work, sitting on the beach waiting for wind ritual at Sauvies. We have moved to the Gorge! We are excited to announce that after years of trying, we have been able to relocate to the land-o-recreation. We live in White Salmon, Jenny is working in Hood River and I am working in Bingen. We will definitely miss seeing everyone at Sauvies, but I'm sure we'll see each other up here sometime, or give us a shout if you're heading this way.

Congrats on your newborn! Stoked to see that you guys made the move. This just proves my point. Once you get into kiteboarding it will take over your life. can wait to kite with you guys this summer. Lets just pray for warm weather and lots of wind!!
