Bay area in late march

I am heading down to SF/ LA during spring break March 24-4. I am staying in a pop-up tent trailer, any info on safe places to stay with wife & kids. My wife would also like to take some lessons, I am interested in sherman but don't know if its too cold this time of year? We will also have to send some time at Disney land so the kids don't have to watch dad kite all the time.lol Again ideas on safe rv spots with in 30 min of Disney land? I am stoked to finally check out SF!

Sherman can be good by then, although it really turns on a bit later. 3rd Ave and Waddell should be blowing pretty good. Will want a full wetsuit probably but it's way warmer than Oregon that time of year.
