what difference does two feet under water make? Yeah fish might come up to see what is going on. . .but why not just use a glass bottom boat and or a boat that has a cage (for lack of a better word) that is made out of translucent material, water tight, and position it on the hull?

A paraplegic or quadraplegic or someone who can't swim might use this sub. . .which might give them some sense of independence which is cool. Sorry, I don't see a market. . .

why not just scuba dive or snorkel instead?

I don't think that really qualify's as a sub.

at any rate its kind sad that its electric with all that deck exposed and yet they didn't put solar panels on it.

I would think that without a horizon to focus on and with the slow rocking of the surface waves, a person would get seasick.
