"Catchin'Air" viewing party@British Pub Thurs/Feb3

We now have a DVD copy of the Discovery HD Channel's "CATCHIN' AIR", episode #2 which was filmed in Hood River.

Since this is going to be mainly a low-key viewing night, we're thinking that we'll play the show at 8pm. this way it's late enough for beer drinking and not too late for 9-5'rs who need their beauty sleep.

So, here are the fine details:

What - Episode 2 of "Catchin' Air" - Hood River Episode with main show-riders Andy and Sean, with local Hood River Kiters, Arla Funk, Bob Riviello, Kirsten Ulmer, Kristina Nance, Sudsy and TJ.

Where - The Horse and Hound British Pub on 4th and Oak, in Downtown Hood River
When - Thursday Feb 3rd, from 8pm to 9pm - We'll arrive a little early to drink some beverages and eat some dinner probably. Anyone is welcome to join us.
What/Why - Well, cuz neither Hood River locals or Kiteboarding ever regularly make an appearance on national television, so it'll be fun to check out.
*Reminder* - This is a Discover Channel produced show, so entertainment for the masses is the producers primary focus. This isn't a hardcore/legit edited show, so come down and enjoy it for what it is.

Just wanted to send out a big thank you to all of you who came down to the Pub last night to join us for some beers and to watch the "Catchin Air" Episode 2 filmed in Hood River.

Was glad also to hear that everyone liked the show, the good footage of the Columbia River Gorge, and the opportunity to check out local kiters on a nationally syndicated kite show.

As usual, love the local support for stuff like this!!
