LaVentana Classic

It was incredible this year. It started off with Neil Hutchinson and Baja Joe skydiving onto the beach and just got better from there. Thursday night was the toga party at Pablo's. Friday was the crossing; excellent wind and a windsurfer was the first to cross the line. Friday night was a reggae band on the beach. Sat was the Big air/Old School event follow by Nacho Libra wrestling on the beach. Wrestlers came from LaPaz with a special appearance of 2 kiters (Ken and Glenn) dressed in full costume killing it. Sun was lighter wind for the course racing. We took the opportunity to go to the Pacific side and catch some waves. There was lots of gear to demo, clinics & cold beers. About $18,000 was raised for the schools.

Really awesome time. Catch it next year if you can!
